How to order

Live Mini Orders
Order from Live Mini @ etsy
Ordering from Live Mini @ etsy is easy. First you need an
etsy.com account. It is
free and you can buy from many other artisans that sell their work at etsy.
Once you have an etsy account, all you have to do is put what you want on
the shopping cart and check out to pay. That is it!
Order from Live Mini directly
I do have things that you can only order directly from Live Mini
like my dozen fruits or my food canes. E-mail me with:
- Name
- address
- valid e-mail address
- What items you are interested in
Within 24 hours you should receive an invoice from me with instructions
on how to go on from there.
Custom orders/remakes
Any remakes or custom orders are considered commissions. For
more information about that, feel free to go to the
commissions section.
Payment methods
I accept:
- Paypal
- credit cards
- Checks
- Money orders
All payments must be sent within 3 days of ordering! Unless we have another
agreement, If payment is not received within 3 days I will cancel your order.
All items will be sent out after I receive full payment. Payments must be
cleared before any work/delivery will be made.
Sales tax
Since Live Mini is an official business in California, any
California resident will be subjected to an 8.25% sales tax. This tax
does not apply to US residents out of California or outside the
United States. I apologize for any inconveinence it might have
caused for CA customers.
Shipping methods
There are many shipping methods to choose from. You can find out all your
options here. International buyers welcome!
Refunds
Because each item is carefully handcrafted to order, no refunds are
offered.Should the item arrive damaged, a replacement item will be
sent. Contact me for return information and authorization. Unless your
package is insured, exchanges can only be made if there is damage or loss
to the items that you ordered through the mail. I want to stress
that I am not responsible for any loss in the post office if you do
not pay for insurance or registered mail!
