Payment & Taxes

If you have any questions about placing an order I encourage you to contact me directly before placing an order. I will be happy to answer any questions you have within 24 hours, usually a lot sooner.
Ordering cannot be any easier. Just drop what you want into the shopping cart and check out. Then follow the insturctions for shipping and payment.
I DO NOT TAKE phone orders. If you find my phone number anywhere on the Internet, please DO NOT CALL ME. I will simply direct you back to the main website. Thank you.
Minimum order
Minimum order for Live Mini is $10 USD before shipping costs are added. Submitting an order that is less than $10 USD will be automatically rejected through the system.
Payment Methods
Live Mini accepts the following payment methods:
- Paypal (credit cards, e-checks, paypal account)
- Checks
- Money orders
- Concealed cash will be accepted but it is not recommended. No change will be given through this method.
* You do not have to have a paypal account to use a credit card. Paypal will handle everything for you. *
All payments must be sent within 3 days of ordering. If you are sending your payment through check or money order please inform me on the notes when you order. Thank you.
Unless we have another agreement, your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days. Check/money payments must be paid within 14 days of ordering. All items will be sent out after payment is received in full. Check payments must be cleared before work/delivery.
Sales Tax
Since Live Mini is an official business in San Mateo County, California residents will be subjected to a 9.50% sales tax starting 4/1/2010. The sales tax will be automatically added to your order as you check out ONLY if you are a California resident. The CA sales tax does not apply to residents outside of CA or International customers.
I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause Californian customers.
Refunds/exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final. No refunds will be given.
If the items arrive to you damaged please let me know within 3 days and I can help exchange it for non-damaged items.
On the occassion that you have purchased something you do not like please contact me directly within 3 days. Store credit will be credited to your account towards your next purchase. A $5 fee or 25% will be charged for the credit/exchange, whichever one is greater. Shipping costs/return shipping costs are not refunded.
