Shipping All packages in Live Mini are sent out via the US Postal Service in Redwood City, CA. Except for International mail, every priority mail/express package is tracked for your convenience. You can track your packages via USPS Track & Confirm system. For first class mail extra services can be added to your shopping cart for an additional cost under extra services. Shipping options
Unless you e-mail me directly for an invoice requesting a different shipping method, Live Mini the default shipping is USPS Priority mail/Global priority mail. The USPS shipping calculator will do other methods as well. The shipping calculator will always overestimate shipping. I only charge the correct amount of shipping + $2 handling fee. All overestimating will be refunded through Paypal. Domestic Shipping: Unless otherwise specified through e-mail, all domestic packages are sent with priority mail with tracking. It takes 2-3 days to reach you within the 48 states, although sometimes it can take as long as 5 days when there are weather delays or postal error. Usually, all the purchases will fit within a small flat rate box, which is $6.90 including handling fees for up to 4 pounds. Larger or bulkier packages will be charged accordingly.
International Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified through e-mail, all International packages are sent with Global Priority mail. It takes 5-7 days to reach you although it might be more if it is delayed in customs. Almost all orders fall in $15.45 including handling fees for up to 4 pounds. Larger or bulkier packages will be charged accordingly. 1) Sometimes the shipping calculator will overestimate the shipping. All overestimated costs will be refunded through Paypal.
2) All International packages will be declared as commercial products with its full value. Live Mini is not responsible for fees or taxes associated with your country's Customs agencies. We are unable to alter our declaration for anyone's sakes. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Live Mini being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees. Future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed to us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3) Insurance is optional and encouraged in case of loss or damages incured during the shipping process. This option is available on the side bar. All you have to do is simply get all your items, see the total, and drop the amount you want insured for your package into the shopping cart and insurance will be added. Global Priority Mail CAN be insured BUT please contact me first before placing your order to avoid expensive fees. Extra options Extra options are available through the Extra Options section. Just click on what you like to have done and it will appear on your order. Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping service with special Live Mini wrapping paper and a handwritten card is available for $2.00 extra. |
